What stays free?
Your basic 500-species fishdex, up to 500 private saved records, location editing and the basic map stay free. All signed-in users can export their complete records as CSV, including saved Pro details. Pro adds detailed record editing and interactive statistics; it does not make an AI identification certain or replace official fishing regulations.
How do credits work?
One successful identification uses one credit. A photo with no fish or a model error gives that credit back, although request limits still apply. A same-photo second opinion is included for 30 minutes. We use subscription credits that expire soonest before credits with no fixed expiry. Credits are attached to your account and are not cash or transferable balances.
Can I cancel?
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel through Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your benefits continue for the period you already paid for. Your existing records and detailed notes remain yours to view, clear and export after Pro ends. To request a refund, use the contact listed in our Terms of Service. A cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment.
